Collective Bargaining

TERMS OF REFERENCE

• To review from time to time Component procedures with respect to collective bargaining, in particular Component Bargaining committees.
• Matters concerning designations and exclusions shall fall within the portfolio of the Collective Bargaining Committee.
• The Collective Bargaining Committee will review and approve all draft MOUs concerning designations and exclusions.
• The Collective Bargaining Committee when necessary shall act as the liaison between the Component and the Locals where designations and exclusions are concerned.
• To review all demands from locals prior to their submission to PSAC negotiators in conjunction with Policy 19 and Regulation 15.
• To review policy 19 and Regulation 15 on a regular basis and ensure that they conform to Collective Bargaining needs.
